1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yirra Systems' drone platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the STL files and associated materials on Yirra Systems' site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Digital Products

Yirra Systems provides digital STL files and related documentation for 3D printing drone components. These files are subject to our comprehensive STL File License Agreement which covers multiple use tiers:

  • Personal/Hobbyist Use: Non-commercial recreation and hobby projects
  • Commercial Tier 1 (Operators): Commercial drone services and operations
  • Commercial Tier 2 (Print Farms): Third-party printing services up to 200 units/year
  • Commercial Tier 3 (Manufacturers): High-volume manufacturing requiring Extended License

  • Non-refundable once downloaded
  • Subject to copyright protection
  • Provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
  • STL files only - no original CAD source files included

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all charges associated with your account
  • Accept that digital products are non-refundable
  • Understand that prices may change without notice

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Yirra Systems reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Yirra Systems' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Yirra Systems makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Yirra Systems or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

8. Revisions

Yirra Systems may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
